Robert Scott
Robert is a Philadelphia native who started his mortgage career working with one of the largest lenders in the nation. Through his tenure, he has helped his borrowers through every step of the lending process. Like many, he was impacted greatly by the mortgage collapse, both personally and professionally. Post collapse, he spent the next several years gaining a better understanding of financial institutions and educating others on how to avoid crucial mistakes. Robert operates with a laser like focus to understand the goals of each client and provide them the best solution.

Nikki Olvera
Nikki was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and graduated from Appalachian State University. She has worked for an Independent Broker and a Direct Lender, allowing her to form a diverse background and understanding of the mortgage industry while originating loans in 29 states. Prior to mortgage, she has a background in Public Safety and Emergency Response, allowing her to handle the most stressful of situations with ease. She has brought with her the passion to help those in her community thrive. Her husband is an Army Veteran and together they have a son, a cat, 2 dogs, and an axolotl! They are big fans of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC.

Daria Bardlavens
Daria is a Pittsburgh, PA native with a Licensed Nursing background of more than 2 decades. With that, she brings ethical practices, integrity, fairness, and critical thinking. She believes in educating her clients and works hard to meet the needs of each individual circumstance . She is also a small business owner, holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and is currently working on her Bachelor’s in Finance.
Outside of her professional life, Daria enjoys volunteering in her community and church, making candles, spending time with family which include her husband, two adult daughters, grandson, and two bonus grandchildren.
