Program Description
RNA Mortgage, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective borrowers who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages. Our SMS program includes the following message types:
- Transactional messages: Loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, application confirmations, and other notifications directly related to your mortgage transaction
- Promotional messages: Rate updates, mortgage-related educational content, special offers, and other marketing communications (only sent to those who have separately opted in to promotional messaging)
Consent & Opt-In
SMS messaging consent is collected separately from other service agreements. Submitting a form or providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Explicit opt-in is required via the applicable consent checkbox on our forms.
Consent to receive transactional messages is separate from consent to receive promotional messages. You may opt in to one or both.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages related to an active mortgage transaction, and vice versa. Please specify which message type you wish to discontinue if applicable.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Message frequency varies based on your transaction status and communication preferences. RNA Mortgage, LLC is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier for SMS communications.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
RNA Mortgage, LLC’s SMS messaging program is offered on an “as is” basis. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier network, and delivery cannot be guaranteed. RNA Mortgage, LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or third-party messaging platforms.
Supported Carriers
Major US carriers are supported, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary.
